We currently ship to the United Kingdom and the Netherlands.

Shipping Procedure

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email stating that we have started processing your order. Processing usually takes 1-2 business days (Monday - Friday). After processing, your order will be shipped, and you will receive an email with the tracking information. Your package is expected within 5-7 business days (Monday - Friday). We offer free delivery for all orders within the United Kingdom and the Netherlands.

Delays

Your order should arrive within 6-9 business days (Monday - Friday). If your order has not arrived within this timeframe, do not worry, delays can sometimes occur due to busy seasons, holidays, weather conditions, or other circumstances. We kindly ask you to wait an additional 3 business days (Monday - Friday) before contacting us. If your order still has not arrived after that, please contact us via support@luminqo.com, and we will investigate the issue.

Cancellations

If you want to cancel your order, you can do so by contacting us via support@luminqo.com. Please make sure to contact us as soon as possible, as we cannot cancel your order once it has been processed.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

In the rare case that you receive damaged or incorrect items, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please send clear photos of the issue to support@luminqo.com.
