- Return period: 30 days from the date of delivery After this period, goods cannot be returned.

Return period
You have 30 days from the delivery date to return your items. Contact us via support@luminqo.com to start the return process. Make sure the items are unused and still in the original packaging, with all labels attached. Returns will not be accepted if more than 30 days have passed since the delivery date.
Return process
Contact us first: Send an email to support@luminqo.com with your order details and reason for return. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Follow the instructions: After approval, you will receive clear instructions on how and where to return the item. Please note that our return address is located in China.
Pack it well: Make sure the product is well packaged to prevent damage during transport.
Return shipping costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds
After we receive your returned package, we will inspect it. Once approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method. This process can take up to 7 days.
Exchange
Changed your mind and want a different item? No problem! Contact us via support@luminqo.com with the details of the desired item, and we will assist you further with the process.
Cancellations
If you want to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible via support@luminqo.com. Please note: we cannot guarantee cancellations are possible if the order has already been processed.
Damaged or incorrect items
Did you receive a damaged or incorrect item? We're happy to help! Take a photo of the issue and email it to support@luminqo.com. We ensure the issue is resolved and send you the correct item or a replacement product.
